Role:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support full-cycle hiring across our Supply Chain, Retail, growth, CX, Creative, Finance, Discovery, and R&D teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Director of People to help us build a world-class team, and create a candidate experience that’s fast, respectful, and human.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, curious, and excited to develop their skills in recruiting and people operations at a fast-growing CPG brand.

  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and help track pipeline metrics.
  • Write and post job descriptions that reflect our brand and attract the right talent.
  • Help coordinate external recruiters and recruiting events as needed.
  • Contribute to improving our hiring process and employer brand as we scale.
  • Support people initiatives as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., startup, consulting).
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organization.
  • Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Comfort using and evaluating ATS tools and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with speed and care.
  • A genuine interest in talent, team building, and what makes a great hire.
  • Excitement about working in-person at a fast-paced CPG brand with ambitious goals.

Practicalities:

  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
  • Salary: $90K - $110K per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets.
  • Company equity opportunity on top of cash compensation.
  • 100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
  • Additional perks, such as covered gym expenses.
  • Substantial and required PTO.
