Job Overview As a Marketing Assistant at Safeguard Self Storage, you will work closely with our marketing team to help develop and implement marketing strategies that will drive the company's growth. You will be responsible for coordinating various marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure that our brand and services are effectively promoted to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and initiatives
- Assist in creating and managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and results
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing projects
- Help maintain and update company website and social media platforms
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Provide support in organizing and managing events and promotions
- Monitor and track competitor activity and market trends
- Assist in analyzing and reporting on customer feedback and suggestions
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
