Manage company reporting obligations across six states related to reliability, service quality, major events, customer outages, T&D operations network performance, fire incidents, ignition risk events, and other key metrics. Deliver key performance reporting metrics to pertinent business units, including corporate scorecards and executive level reporting to BHE. Develop and manage processes, workload allocations, controls, timelines and inter-departmental coordination to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across disciplines.
