Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet visitors and act as first point of contact.
  • Assist with scheduling events/meetings.
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Handle catering for events.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Front desk, receptionist experience in hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Extreme professionalism.
