Salary Range :

$133,678.00 To $180,000.00 Annually

We are seeking two Corporate Counsel attorneys to join our in-house legal team in Rockleigh, NJ:

• Corporate Counsel – Employment Law
• Corporate Counsel – Contracts

Both roles are hybrid and based at our U.S. headquarters in Rockleigh, NJ.

What You’ll Do

As Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our growing business. You will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (MSAs, purchase/sales agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements).
• Partner with internal business clients on commercial and employment matters, balancing business goals with legal risk.
• Collaborate across departments and with our global legal team in Japan.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory, environmental, and other legal issues as needed.
• Manage outside counsel, litigation matters, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house role, with a focus in employment law and/or contracts.
• Experience in intellectual property, employment, or regulatory law a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to practice in NJ (or eligible for NJ In-House Counsel Registration). Admission in NY, FL, IL, or before USPTO is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to broaden expertise to meet business needs.
