Now Hiring: Transfer Center Coordinator at Renown Health

Full-time; Day Shift – 7:00am-7:30pm

Are you a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for patient-flow coordination? Renown Health is looking for a RTOC Coordinator to join their Transfer & Operations Center team.

In this role you’ll:

• Be accountable for patient admissions and transfers, working closely with physicians, nursing units, and other departments to ensure timely and appropriate bed placement.
• Maintain awareness of bed availability, total admissions/discharges, and overall hospital census to support patient-flow in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, while operating under HIPAA/privacy compliance standards and hospital guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute, long-term care or physician practice.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, communicate diplomatically, and adapt in fast-paced settings.
• Solid working knowledge of medical terminology, English proficiency, and familiarity with basic computer programs.
