About the Role

We are seeking motivated and mechanically skilled Engine Technicians to join a fast-paced aerospace operation in Miami, Florida. The role involves hands-on work with CFM56 engines , performing maintenance, testing, repair, and module-level refurbishment . You’ll be part of a highly collaborative environment where quality, safety, and turnaround time are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, assemble, and test CFM56 engine modules and components .
• Perform borescope inspections and precision measurements to ensure compliance with OEM standards.
• Execute routine and non-routine maintenance tasks according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Utilize specialized tooling, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of all work performed.
• Follow FAA, EASA, and company quality & safety guidelines rigorously.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address complex repairs and technical issues.
• Support lean and continuous improvement efforts in the shop.

Requirements

• Prior experience working on commercial aircraft modular engines , preferably the CFM56 platform .
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation..
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
