Schedule: Full-time | Onsite Training (7–9 weeks), then Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing casework, granting application access, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring privacy and compliance standards are upheld. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in key software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve 50–60 access-related cases weekly with a focus on accuracy and privacy
• Grant access to various applications in compliance with company policies and data protection protocols
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email with internal stakeholders and team members
• Maintain accurate case documentation and track progress through follow-ups and resolution
• Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
• Use Outlook for scheduling, communications, and task management
• Navigate SharePoint (if applicable) and operate efficiently using multiple screens

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in a project management or case management setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple monitors/screens
• SharePoint experience is a plus
• Previous corporate or enterprise-level work experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Training & Work Model:

• Must be available for onsite training (7–9 weeks)
• Hybrid schedule begins post-training: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
