Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-family high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure work is performed to the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and review schedules, budgets, and project plans to ensure effective execution of construction projects.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and high-rise residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
