Senior Manager, Frame Mill Operations

What You Will Do:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the strategic leader for our Frame Mill. Your mission will be to:

  • Lead & Develop: Direct, mentor, and empower a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts to achieve peak performance.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
  • Strategize & Plan: Own capacity planning and production scheduling, working cross-functionally with Schedulers, HR, and Quality teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality, fostering a "zero-incident" and "right-the-first-time" culture.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership/management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and production flow.
  • Leadership: A passion for developing people and a demonstrated ability to lead multi-shift operations.
