Senior Cleaning Technician -

Location: Fort Wayne 

Pay: $15-$18/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-1:00am

Position Overview:

The Senior Cleaning Technician will work across multiple locations, including medical, education, industrial, office, warehousing, and government facilities and more. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry, capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities such as training new hires, conducting site audits, maintaining employee and client relationships, and covering shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  
• Conduct regular site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
  
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
  
• Provide coverage for call-offs and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
  
• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various facility types as needed.
  
• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry.
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:00am.
  
• Experience working in diverse environments, including medical and industrial settings.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  
• Ability to travel between different job sites as required.
