Oversee janitorial services and staff for client sites within a dedicated territory. Ensure that sites are efficient and profitable. Maintain the company’s reputation for serving clients and customers with professionalism and setting a standard of excellence. Salaried position with flexible hours.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure company standards are met within the specified budget by conducting site inspections/audits, inventorying supplies/equipment, training supervisors & employees, and maintaining customer relations.
  • Contact customers on a regular basis to ensure services meet contractual requirements and ensure customer retention.
  • Perform personnel duties, including hiring, creating schedules, disciplinary action, performance reviews, etc.
  • Responsible for placing supply orders and ensuring sites are properly stocked within the supply expense budget given.
  • Responsible for preparing/reviewing payroll as well as properly educating supervisors on payroll procedures.
  • Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with employee and supervisory personnel.
  • Manage budgets and costs associated with areas of direct responsibility.
  • Responsible for compliance with all safety policies and accident reporting.
  • Investigate concerns/complaints from clients and take steps to fix the issue and ensure it doesn’t occur again.
  • Identify possible additional work within sites, such as periodic floor work, that might be necessary.
  • Field calls from clients/employees outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
