Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our global QA team. Based in North America, this role will be responsible for overseeing quality operations related to suppliers and subcontractors, conducting audits, line trials, and first productions, and ensuring GMP and QC compliance at our NA Warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

Suppliers and Subcontractors QA Oversight:

  • Conduct regular quality audits of subcontractors and suppliers across North America.
  • Participate in line trials and first productions with Product Development and suppliers to ensure conformity with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up on CAPA related to subcontractor or supplier non-conformities during the meetings and visits.

On-site Quality inspections:

  • Be present during critical production phases to perform in-process testing and support batch validation.
  • Inspect and verify bulk and finished product quality on-site before release.

Warehouses:

  • Ensure that incoming goods inspections are performed in line with specifications and QC protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate kit assembly processes to ensure compliance with GMP and QC requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics, QA, and operational teams to manage non-conformity handling and escalation processes.

Documentation and compliance:

  • Maintain comprehensive and compliant QA documentation, reports, and audit records.
  • Support implementation and improvement of SOPs and quality systems for external partners in line with ISO 22716 / GMP.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
  • Experience with supplier audits, line trial validations, and GMP/ISO 22716 standards.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining regular and structured reporting to the Head of Global QA.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North America and occasionally internationally
