Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform and monitor production and project planning ensuring activities are within set timelines.
• Issue work orders to production.
• Monitor status of productions.
• Prepare timelines, reports, presentations.
• Daily communication and collaboration with other staff members in the company.
• Report to the Operations Director with any delays, issues and resolutions.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain with project and/or product planning experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret manufacturing procedures, specifications, BOMs (bill of materials), spreadsheets and reports.
• Proficient in MS Office and good skills in Excel.
• Ability to carry on small projects.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with the flexibility to conform shifting priorities.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve business common goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Required bilingual in English and Spanish speaker.
