PLANT MANAGER – Toano Virginia
Position Overview:
· Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
· Industry: Chemical processing, electroplating and anodizing operations
Responsibilities:
· Full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality and product development.
· Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
· Develop and improve processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
· Direct customer engagement to support quality and business development goals.
· Maintain and update process documentation.
· Participate in regular senior management meetings.
Requirements:
· B.S. in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), Business, Ops Management
· 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership.
· Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer organizations.
