HumanResources@CerCollc.com Position Summary This role involves operating and supporting all stages of ceramic powder bead production using a water-based processing environment to create beads for internal CerCo operations and customer use. The position emphasizes controlled procedures and water handling systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setups, operation, and screening of beads in a water-based production line.
• Mix and test materials using water slurries or suspensions for bead formation.
• Process and screen beads within the same shift cycle.
• Package beads and document screen analysis per finished skid batch.
• Transfer beads from post-heat bake-out into suitable containers (plastic bins preferred) to maintain metal equipment availability.
• Operate forklifts, electric hand lifts, and stand-up riders in a water-process setting.
• Accurately read and interpret process documentation, including water-based production sheets.
• Maintain housekeeping in wet environments; assist in general material handling and loading/unloading tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or other departments.

Requirements And Work Conditions

• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculation of percentages).
• Proficiency in material handling, including forklift and electric pallet jack operation.
• Ability to lift 55--60 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in wet conditions with seasonal temperature.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver License Required
• Safety-conscious and dependable work ethic.
• Use of PPE as required (e.g., gloves, splash-resistant boots, safety glasses).
