Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

At Innovation Mortgage we're a fast-paced, innovative team based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and we’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join us! Our 12,000-square-foot office is ready to be filled with licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our team! Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we’re looking for someone eager to help clients navigate the mortgage process, provide expert guidance, and secure the best loan options available. With leads provided, you’ll be set up for success from day one, and you’ll have the support of a dedicated team to help you grow your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with clients: Use the provided leads to connect with potential clients and guide them to secure the best mortgage solutions for their needs.
• Guide through the loan process: Walk clients through each step of the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing.
• Offer expert advice: Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their unique financial situation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other loan officers and support staff to ensure the process runs smoothly and clients receive the best service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License (SAFE exam passed).
• Confidence in handling live transfers & closing deals.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with CRM systems & sales-driven environments.
• Active Mortgage License: You must have at least one active mortgage license.
• Experience: Whether you're newly licensed or have some experience, we want someone who’s eager to grow and succeed.
• Client-focused: You know how to build relationships, listen to clients’ needs, and guide them through the mortgage process with ease.
• On-site Availability: This is an on-site role at our Farmington Hills, MI office.
