Job Overview:

As the Membership Experience Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for members, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and effortlessly guided through their wellness journey. This role involves scheduling, assisting members with equipment, and creating a hospitality-driven environment that enhances the overall MedHouse experience. The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, wellness-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Engagement: Greet and assist members, ensuring a warm and personalized experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, service scheduling, and session confirmations to optimize efficiency.
  • Facility & Equipment Assistance: Guide members in and out of wellness equipment (such as infrared saunas, hyperbaric chambers, or cryotherapy) while ensuring proper use and comfort.
  • Hospitality & Service Excellence: Anticipate member needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and elevate the customer journey.
  • Operational Support: Maintain the flow of services by coordinating with practitioners, ensuring a smooth daily operation.
  • Technology & Systems: Utilize MedHouse’s scheduling software and CRM to track member visits, preferences, and feedback.
  • Environment & Atmosphere: Assist in maintaining a pristine, welcoming space that reflects the MedHouse brand and ethos.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background in hospitality, luxury concierge, spa/wellness, or high-end customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and create a seamless flow of operations.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and membership-based services is a plus.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and longevity treatments is a bonus.
