Responsibilities:
- Ability to work unaccompanied or under supervision.
- Punctuality and diligence
- Ability to use a laptop & phone to communicate via emails and phone calls
- Proficiency in reading and writing
- Flexibility in work hours & schedule (ability to be “on-call”)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period of time as necessary
- Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
- Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
- Low-Medium Voltage electrical repair
- Electronic Troubleshooting
- Mechanical Knowledge
- HVAC repair(preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in general maintenance.
- Minimum 1 year electrical/electronic experience
- High School diploma preferred.
