Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in North Andover, MA. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring industrial equipment to ensure quality production that meets customer expectations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering precision and excellence in every task.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: North Andover, MA

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established specifications.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience operating industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and adjustments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a "Quality First" mindset .
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Safety-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
