Administrative Assistant - Legal
Position Summary:
This position provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Team and Corporate Attorney within a professional office environment. The role involves performing both routine and complex administrative tasks, including preparing and reviewing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in documents, and organizing meetings and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage workload to complete administrative tasks for department members and other assigned office personnel while meeting deadlines.
Use advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and databases to prepare, update, and maintain department materials such as presentations, correspondence, mailings, and publications.
Proofread and edit all documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and appropriate formatting.
Compile, coordinate, and distribute reports, agendas, and related information as needed.
Schedule meetings and conferences, arrange travel, and manage calendars for assigned staff.
Promptly answer and direct incoming telephone calls for designated personnel.
Establish and maintain organized recordkeeping and filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail for assigned staff members.
Support general office functions including maintaining office supplies, copying, printing, collating, and managing deliveries.
Provide clerical support and backup coverage as requested.
Utilize SAP to create requisitions and receive goods and services for office personnel, as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
