We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. This role is responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, processing shipments, and ensuring inventory is properly stored and accounted for. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform regular stock counts and audits
• Receive, label, and organize incoming shipments
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage stock levels
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to lift and move items as needed
