What you will be doing:

• Build relationships and network with homeowners, designers & contractors
• Guide clients through stunning materials & design choices by communicating the pros/cons of the different types of stone and countertop products to potential customers and contractors.
• Follow up on all sales leads that come through the company’s website and/or showroom visits and educate clients about our products to best meet their needs.
• Research for new accounts and identify key customers and generate interest.
• Explain the project’s steps starting with measurements until product’s installation to clients
• Responsible for the project management of all work orders up to 20 clients at any given time. This includes:

1. Provide quotes to clients and create sales contracts
2. Create and interpret technical documents and drawings.
3. Work with different departments to monitor the progress of the project
4. Coordinate template and installation scheduling
5. Use CRM systems (Zoho and Moraware) to update leads status and process the submission of all required paperwork related to the project

• Follow-up with customers after product installation and collect feedback
• Provide excellent customer service when handling customer complaints and inquiries to ensure a smooth complaint resolution
• Responsible for troubleshooting to resolve customer service issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of overall work experience
• Proven 1-2 years’ experience in sales countertops is preferred

Benefits:

• Total compensation combined base salary plus commission can be $80,000-$100,000 annually, but not limited to.
