Akkodis is seeking a IT Support Technician for 12 Months contract position with a client located in in Robinson, IL 62454. Ideally looking for applicants with a strong working knowledge or experience with providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, and various peripheral devices. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, ensure system performance and security, and evaluations on new software and hardware comes as a plus.

Work schedule: Onsite M-F 8 to 5pm
Need car since there are different office buildings across the campus/PLANT. They will work in different office buildings. Never working in plant machinery, only office.
Entry Level - 1 years exp, have come certifications, NOT TO EXCEED: PAY RATE $20/hour
Experienced - 2 to 4 years exp or more, have some certs, Not to Exceed PAY RATE: $28.00/hour
Interviews: TEAMS 30 minutes; one and done.
Scope: Work at clients site working in office buildings supporting IT hardware and software, deskside support, teams support .
