A global medical company is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join its fast-paced, collaborative North Atlanta campus. This is a high-impact role covering recruiting, onboarding, strategic processes, benefits, HRIS (SuccessFactors) , and overall HR service delivery. You’ll work directly with a Director of HR who values innovation and new ideas, gaining exposure across all areas of HR in a $100M organization that operates with startup energy and global reach. Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
-2 or more years of HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Analyst type experience
-Business-minded HR professional with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Proactive, organized, and personable—comfortable balancing multiple priorities
-Strong communicator with the ability to influence, collaborate, and connect across functions.
