Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy of people data, leading HR reporting and analytics, managing federal/state/benefits reporting, and supporting HRIS/reporting needs across both the U.S. and global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR reporting (federal, state, benefits, and ad hoc).
  • Build and maintain analytics and dashboards (advanced Excel required; Power BI/Tableau experience a plus).
  • Support HRIS reporting and vendor file feeds.
  • Partner with Finance & Analytics teams to deliver accurate metrics.
  • Play a key role in a global HRIS implementation initiative.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR analysis, HRIS, or reporting roles.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (required); BI tools exposure strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (U.S. ADP experience a plus) and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and executive presence.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or financial services preferred.
  • Ability to confidently partner with executives in a flat organizational structure.
