Our growing, privately held construction company is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk & Office Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members. This role is central to maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment while supporting daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence, while also assisting with administrative tasks including billing, invoicing, and document preparation.
