Responsibilities - Prepare and deliver monthly financial and operational reports
- Complete provider bonus analyses and support accrual/payment processing
- Assist with the preparation of the Monthly Operations Report (MOR)
- Develop monthly financial packets for each COID, present at meetings, and document outcomes
- Educate providers on financial statements, wRVU reports, bonus structures, and related financial topics
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing variance analysis
- Assist with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations
- Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to ensure accurate financial postings
- Maintain spreadsheets for physician contracts, employment agreements, and building leases
- Provide financial analysis to support performance improvements and evaluation of new business opportunities
Requirements - 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting (healthcare or hospital setting preferred, but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration
- Strong Excel skills and general understanding of financial reporting/analysis
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a healthcare finance environment
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with accountability while contributing to team goals
