Manager, LIT Services

The Manager, LIT Services leads the daily operations of lit infrastructure services, combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership. This role oversees field technicians, drives service quality, and ensures seamless coordination across engineering, operations, and customer support to deliver reliable telecommunications solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support field technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Actively participate in field projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Plan and execute service projects, troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service delivery and procurement.
• Manage task allocation, purchase orders, and performance reporting for efficient operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience leading field service or telecom teams.
• Strong background in telecommunications infrastructure and lit services.
• Hands-on expertise in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, procurement, and operational processes.
• Skilled in workforce management and task allocation tools.
