Position Title: Development Coordinator

Position Description:

The Development Coordinator supports fundraising efforts to provide values-based educational opportunities for PreK-12 students. Reporting to the Development Manager, this role is essential for fostering donor relationships, executing multi-channel fundraising initiatives, and contributing to the financial growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, events, and appeals.
• Manage donor communications, including thank-you letters and impact reports.
• Maintain accurate donor records and generate progress reports.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts, including social media and newsletters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of nonprofit development experience, with a focus on fundraising.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Passion for education and values-based learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Salesforce.
