Construction Project Manager – Federal Documentation (Pentagon, Arlington VA)

Are you a Construction Project Manager with proven experience documenting projects, updating as-builts, and managing facility records with LIDAR, AutoCAD, and Revit ? If your background is in IT project management, this is not the right role.

We are hiring two roles to support a major federal program at the Pentagon:

• Junior Project Manager (5+ years) – for Assistant PMs/Coordinators with hands-on documentation experience.
• Senior Project Manager (10+ years) – for experienced PMs leading large construction projects.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Document every change in construction projects (as-built updates, reports, QA/QC).
• Conduct field surveys using LIDAR and other measurement tools.
• Create/update Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and GIS datasets .
• Ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or contractor license with equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years (Junior) or 10+ years (Senior) in construction project management .
• Direct experience with LIDAR, Revit, AutoCAD (must-have).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance .

❌ We will not consider candidates without construction documentation experience or without LIDAR/Revit/AutoCAD skills.

💼 Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience).

📍 Location: Arlington, VA (Pentagon)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
