Superintendent – Commercial Construction - Gas/Fuel Stations

Job Description:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and vendors to maintain high productivity, quality, and compliance
• Enforce job site safety protocols in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to troubleshoot challenges and maintain smooth operations
• Monitor project schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained throughout all phases of construction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership experience in commercial ground-up construction
• Deep knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, and quality control standards
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills
• Proficient in construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools
• Highly organized and committed to maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient job site
