Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day office and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to maintain and manage data, coordinate tasks, and support team operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Maintain and update data and records using Excel and SharePoint .
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
  • Organize files, manage documents, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
  • Support internal communications and information sharing within the team.
  • Handle general office duties such as correspondence, filing, and record keeping.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant , Office Assistant , or in a similar clerical role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reports).
  • Practical experience using Microsoft SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintaining or managing data systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint) is a plus.
